Exhibitor Eligibility

- The following are eligible to be exhibitors for the Southern District Convention:

- Agencies of the LCMS (see Bylaw 1.2.1(a))
- LCMS Auxiliaries, RSOs, or Inter-Lutheran Entities (learn more here)
- Educational Institutions of the LCMS
- Organizations or individuals which serve as a resource to, or work cooperatively with, the District and its congregations
- Companies or organizations with which the Synod has signed contract(s) and that participate in the LCMS Group Purchasing Agreement National Contract Program

- Vendors that do not meet the parameters listed above will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the Convention Manager and the District President.

- Individuals or organizations that exhibit behaviors in conflict with LCMS doctrine or practice shall not be permitted as convention exhibitors.

- Shipped display items will be received after March 19, 2025, at The Harbor Center. Clearly mark “Southern District Convention” on the outside of the box so that it is not mistakenly opened by an unintended recipient for the wrong event. Please ship display items to this address:
